The goal for this lesson is to educate students about the importance of well fitness and exercising to stay fit and healthy.
Learning Objectives: By the end of this lesson, the students will:
Explain the benefits of keeping physically fit.
The student will perform correct push ups, curl-ups, and jumping jacks.
The student will explain how participation in physical activities make them feel afterwards.

PE.1.C.1.2-Identify safety rules and procedures for selected physical activities.
PE.1.L.2.8-Name the food groups.
PE.1.M1.14- Use a variety of take off and landing.
